Is there a way to fit this in the bag without removing the fluid head? Am I doing it wrong? The whole thing does not fit.
Asked by: Dave
In order to properly fit the entire SmallRig CT180 Video Tripod with Mini Fluid Head into the bag without removing the fluid head, you must fold the legs up and lower the stem to be even with the legs and it will go right into the bag.

What is the height with the center column down?
Asked by: Bruce
The Smallrig CT180 tripod with the legs fully extended would be 127cm in height. With the legs fully closed the height would be 63cm. Sizes listed by Smallrig - https://bit.ly/3XcQkTX

What is the width of the column where it attaches to the head? Is it wide enough to attach a different flat based tripod head like a manfrotto mvh500?
Asked by: Mike
We feel you can attach a Manfrotto MVH500AH Fluid Video Head with Flat Base to the SmallRig CT180 Video Tripod with Mini Fluid Head. However, we strongly do not recommend it. The MVH500AH has much more capacity than the tripod. An accident may occur
