Transmit high-definition video over 3 miles (line-of-sight) from your DJI drone or gimbal gear for monitoring with this Transmission with High-Bright Monitor Combo from DJI. The combo includes a transmitter and a monitor/receiver that transmits up to 1080p60 video using the highly efficient O3 Pro transmission technology via Wi-Fi 2.4 and 5 GHz frequencies. Optional high-gain antennas can be purchased to boost the signal quality and distance. The high-bright monitor features 1500 cd/m² brightness, 1920 x 1200 resolution, and a touchscreen display.

The transmitter and receiver included with the DJI Transmission Combo draw 11 watts each. The DJI LiPo Battery Pack for DJI CrystalSky & Cendence (7.6V, 4920mAh), which both the transmitter and receiver can use, is 37 watts. To cover a 12-hour day, consider four batteries for each.

If I turn the transmitter off while it's a mile away, can I turn it back on and establish connection again from that distance?
The DJI Transmission Combo has a recommended pairing distance of 1 meter. Unfortunately, the system would not pair at distances over 1 meter.

No, the DJI Transmission with High-Bright Monitor Combo can receive power from the barrel, DJI WB37 LiPo Battery Pack, or adapter Sony L series NPF type battery only. The USB-C cannot receive power.
