Failed *right* after 30 day return window_BH refuses help

This drive is awful. It was working great until *right* after the 30 day return window. Now it continuously shuts off and actually crashes my whole computer system. I work on a MAC and have now read in reddit forums that this is a known issue with MACs. The forums have suggested some workaround (installing different drivers) as it seems to be a driver problem and G-RAID refuses to come up with a solution - new drivers- for MAC users. None of the work around have worked for our systems unfortunately. We have also been a loyal customer to BH for years and I need to say something about their customer service. We have spent 50k+ as our production company at BH and when we contacted them and explained the situation, they said their was nothing they were willing to do since it was out of the 30 day window. That the only thing we could do was contact the manufacturer. I would have hoped that after all the business we had given through the years, we could have worked towards a solution. We would have been happy with a replacement drive (not G-RAID) of equal value from a different manufacturer. But they simply cut off the the conversation and said there was nothing they could do. It has been incredibly disappointing and not only will I not be purchasing G-RAID products in the future, I will be purchasing all camera equipment from other camera distributors whenever I am able due to the horrible experience we had with their customer service team.

Colossal Capacity with Blazing Speed

I have used smaller G-RAID Shuttles in the past. I've been pretty happy with all of them. This purchase has been great because 160TB at raid 5 still gives me 140TB of usable space. I feel safer with the parity disk and I can still transfer at speed over 1500MB/s or 12Gbps all day long.
