Will the slots for the 24-70mm f/2.8 GM and 70-200m f/2.8 GM OSS fit the versions II of both of those lenses?

The Jason Cases Sony FE Lens Case is made for version one of the 24-70mm f/2.8 GM and 70-200m f/2.8 GM OSS lenses. The version two lenses are a touch smaller. So they should fit but will move around.

Unfortunately, no, the Sony FE C 16-35mm T3.1 G E-Mount Lens would not fit inside the Jason Cases Sony FE Lens Case.

No, the Jason Cases Sony FE Lens Case is made for the 50mm f/1.4. The Sony FE 50mm f/1.2 lens is too large.

Is the Jason cases Canon RF 3-Lens Case able to host also the lens hoods?

Jason Cases Canon RF 3-Lens Case only holds the lenses. You would need to pre order a customized case from the manufacture if you need to attach the lenshood on reverse on each lens.
