The FS-300B Bi-Color LED Monolight from Nanlite is an AC powered, bi-color LED fixture engineered to provide maximum output while maintaining an even light spread. A true, all-in-one monolight, the FS-300B employs a large LED array and a precision-engineered reflector to emit up to 38,720 lux of 5600K daylight-balanced light at 3.3', and its bi-color design allows it to provide a CCT range of 2700-6500K, all while maintaining a high CRI/TLCI of 96/97, ensuring accurate color rendition.

Built-in Bluetooth wireless capacity allows the FS-300B to be controlled with the free NANLINK mobile app for iOS and Android. In addition, built-in 2.4 GHz provides remote wireless control by using the separately available WS-RC-C2 remote control, or the WS-TB-1 transmitter box for more elaborate setups.

The FS-300B Bi-Color LED Monolight from Nanlite is an AC powered, bi-color LED fixture engineered to provide maximum output while maintaining an even light spread. A true, all-in-one monolight, the FS-300B employs a large LED array and a precision-engineered reflector to emit up to 38,720 lux of 5600K daylight-balanced light at 3.3', and its bi-color design allows it to provide a CCT range of 2700-6500K, all while maintaining a high CRI/TLCI of 96/97, ensuring accurate color rendition.

Built-in Bluetooth wireless capacity allows the FS-300B to be controlled with the free NANLINK mobile app for iOS and Android. In addition, built-in 2.4 GHz provides remote wireless control by using the separately available WS-RC-C2 remote control, or the WS-TB-1 transmitter box for more elaborate setups.

Powerful, Even Light Output
Larger LED array than most COB LED monolights to deliver up to 38,720 lux at 3.3' (with the included reflector), as well as a smooth and even light spread with no hotspots when used with a softbox.
Bi-Color Light with Advanced Features
Adjustable Kelvin range of 2700-6500K, providing the full flexibility of bi-color output. It also has advanced features including maximum output mode to supply full output power, and constant output mode to maintain constant intensity across CCT range.
Integrated Monolight with Fan Cooling
A true monolight, the FS-300B combines the control unit, power adapter, and lamp body into one compact unit. The integrated design makes it more lightweight and enables effective fan-powered heat dissipation, ensuring optimal performance and long life.
Bowens-S Reflector Mount
By utilizing the near-universal Bowens style light modifier mount and incorporating an umbrella holder into the yoke, the FS-300B is compatible with an extensive selection of light modifiers. This selection includes, but is not limited to, Nanlite's line of Fresnels, softboxes, and umbrellas.
12 Practical Lighting Effects
With pre-programmed customizable special effects, the FS-300B makes it easy to imitate lighting scenarios that can otherwise be tricky to recreate. Simulate 12 different practical lighting effects including CCT loop, INT loop, flash, pulse, storm, TV, paparazzi, candle/fire, bad bulb, firework, explosion, and welding.
Local and Wireless Remote Control
The FS-300B has intuitive analog controls and a large LCD display for precision control, but it can also be controlled remotely via Bluetooth with the free NANLINK app for IOS or Android. It can also be remotely controlled on a 2.4 GHz connection using the separately available WS-TB-1 transmitter or WS-RC-C2 remote control.

No, the Nanlite FS-300B Bi-Color LED Monolight does not come with a case. Though bags have many different styles and purposes the Amaran Carry Case for 150c/300c is compatible without the reflector.

What is the lux output when the light is at 4500K or something similar?

Nanlite provides detailed output specs at nanlite.com. (Sorry, B&H asks not to include links.) On the FS-300B product page, scroll to the end of the Technical Data section near the bottom. Lux/fc tables are included for configs such as Light Only, With Reflector, With FL-20G Spot, etc. All tables include 2700K, 3200K, 5600K, and 6500K. Distances vary by config, but the bare, reflector, spot, and flood tables all include 1, 2, and 3 meter measurements. Focusing on the question, they don't provide a 4500K measurement, but their light-only 1-meter specs at 3200K (11,150 lux) and 5600K (11,130 lux) are virtually identical and suggest that's roughly what to expect (maybe a bit more) at 4500K. Their with-reflector 1-meter specs at the same temperatures are 38,900 lux and 38,720 lux respectively (again very close), so again it seems that 4500K output would be around those levels or a little higher. (Note: Their specs don't indicate the temperature at which the COB achieves maximum output, but I'd assume it's around the midrange of 4600K.) That's consistent with B&H's informal test results (39,400 lux) in their answer above.

Could this light give me f8 1/125s ISO 400 inside 3' softbox at 1 meter from subject in a dark room?

With out actually testing the the Nanlite FS-300B Bi-Color LED Monolight with the specific softbox we can not be sure. But that light is very bright. Bare bulb at, 5600k 1m is 11130 lux / 1034 fc @ 1m 5600K Spot. So, it will be close to will be more like f/5.6 1/125 at iso 400 with a softbox.
