Does this work with Sony Cameras like the A7IV or A1?
Asked by: Dustin
No, Both the SONY A7IV or the A1 do not support using external storage like USB-C SSD media. CFexpress A or UHS-II SD cards are the only media supported for internal recording. However, You could look at the Atomos Ninja V+ external recorder which would support recording to SSD media. The Sony A1 would also support recording in ProRes RAW with the Ninja V+. Example Ninja V+ kit. Atomos Ninja V+ 8K HDMI Camera-Ready Bundle BH #ATNINJAVPQK (B&H Kit) https://bhpho.to/3jqlRD2
