The SmallRig Wireless Control Dual Handgrip for DJI RS 2/RS 3 Pro will only fully support the RS3 Pro or the older RS2 gimbals. The SmallRig Wireless Control Dual Handgrip part of the kit would only work with the RS2 or RS3 Pro gimbals. It will not support the DJI RS3.

How do you adjust the speed of the joystick on the controller?
It is my understanding that the SmallRig Wireless Control Dual Handgrip for DJI RS 2/RS 3 Pro's joystick speed can not be adjusted, but it can be recalibrated by pressing the trigger 3 times and then pressing and holding the trigger on the fourth press. The Joystick should rotate more than 6 times and then sit for 20 seconds before completing the calibration.
