The 54.6" 16:9 Vertical Alignment (VA) panel delivers true 4K 3840 x 2160 resolution with support for 1.07 billion colors, a 5000:1 contrast ratio, and a brightness up to 1500 nits for a vivid picture that improves every fine detail within your games. Colorization is enhanced with 96% DCI-P3 and 140% sRGB color gamut, expanding traditional color palettes to enhance visual effects and make every environment detail pop with vibrancy. FreeSync Premium V-sync technology, 2ms Gray-to-Gray (GtG) response time, and 120 Hz refresh rate work together to provide a smooth picture, preventing ghosting and screen-tearing for a more fluid-like experience, essential during intense gaming sessions.

HDMI Connectivity
Designed to support a wide range of devices from your computer to your home consoles, the S55U offers ample video connectivity options that compliment your entertainment center. Dual HDMI 2.1 ports support up to 48 Gb/s data speeds, allowing you to experience true 4K resolution at 120 Hz refresh rate, making your games look sharp and smooth. These HDMI 2.1 ports also support eARC technology, allowing you to also experience high-quality sound that works seamlessly with your amplifier, receiver, or soundbar so you can fully immerse yourself within your games. Two HDMI 2.0 ports are also available, delivering 4K resolution at 60 Hz. HDMI CEC enables reliable communication between the S55U and your video game consoles.
Robust Connectivity
Aside from the expansive video support, the S55U is equipped with a wide range of ports designed to enhance connectivity. USB 2.0 and 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A upstream and downstream ports allow you to support peripherals such as mice and keyboards through the S55U instead of connected them to your computer. A 3.5mm headphone jack is available for wired headsets or external speaker support.
Built-In Networking
Connect the S55U to your network with Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) technology, allowing you to easily stream content wirelessly or use the wired RJ45 ethernet port if you prefer a hardwired connection.
