The LB2 Location Baby Bracket by Matthews adds the ability to easily mount your gear onto existing architecture, such as posts, overhead beams, or certain flat surfaces. It consists of a 5/8" knurled baby pin with a custom bracket.

The LB2 provides a secure rigging point in environments where the use of stands or permanent mounting hardware is unavailable or inconvenient. Two ratchet straps are threaded through the precisely machined slot. Nearly any round or square beam can carry the bracket simply by using longer straps. Proper setup of the LB2 will prevent dents and scuffs from being left behind, making this an ideal solution for shoots in rented homes or public spaces. While designed for temporary sets in mind, the LB2 can also be installed for long-term use thanks to four open screw holes.
