Great handle, no tool

Bought this handle last week and the box came without the tool to screw the 2 pieces together. B&H says it doesn't come with said tool but there's a labeled slot missing in the box. Also tried asking what tool I need and they couldn't point me in the right direction. Tried all of my standard Allen keys and none are long enough. Finally was able to heat an Allen key and bend it so it'd be straight, then turned it with pliers, not ideal. Once it's together it's great but kinda pointless if you can't put it together.

At 7 bills, I don't want to like this thing at all. Not at all. If you don't know what 7 bills means, ask a friend that looks like me. Wait, don't do that. Just google it. Don't do that. I googled it and got nothing. Anyway, it is WAY too expensive. But it is so well built and so comfortable, and functional, and sexy. I hate to say it, but good job RED. Yeah, I love it.

No, not when the RED DIGITAL CINEMA V-RAPTOR Top Handle won't have access to the pins above the camera with the RED DIGITAL CINEMA DSMC3 RED Touch 7.0" LCD Monitor (Direct Mount) is directly mounted.

The RED DIGITAL CINEMA V-RAPTOR Top Handle (B&H# REVRAPTORTH) is designed to attach to specific RED cinema cameras with 50mm spacing between the centers of the 1/4"-20 threads.

Does this V raptor Top handle includes the long Allen wrench needed to tighten it down on the camera? I received one without it

The RED DIGITAL CINEMA V-RAPTOR Top Handle (B&H# REVRAPTORTH) unfortunately does not come with an Allen wrench. However, in many cases one can use the longer (handle) part of typical Allen wrenches (as opposed to the shorter part) to extend down to reach the screw to be tightened. So, if you have a typical medium or long-handled Allen wrench set, that should be enough.
