Yes,, you can use the Tokina 11-18mm f/2.8 ATX-M Lens for Sony E
BH #TO111828SE • MFR #ATX-M-AF118E on the Sony A71V, but It wont cover the full sensor of the camera therefore it will be cropped.
The lens will "act" like a 16-27mm and the camera will 'turn off' close to half the sensor, so the 33MP camera will act like about an 18MP or maybe 20MP

The Tokina 11-18mm f/2.8 ATX-M Lens (Sony E, White) is a good lens. But there are ones that are much sharper. The Tamron is a little sharper.
