Will this work with Capture One tethered?
You don't need Capture one. Hasselblad provide their Phocus software for free and it works extremely well to do tethered capture, including focus stacking, for example.

I haven't tried it personally but it should be. The hot shoe on the Hasselblad does work with Nikon triggers (for example Profoto Connect).

Currently the Hasselblad X2D 100C Medium Format Mirrorless Camera has face detection AF using the 38mm, 55mm and 90mm f2.5 lenses.

How does one change the AF point manually on this camera?
You can use the rear touch LCD screen. Unlike the X1D series screens, with the new Phase Detect there are far more points to select and operation of touch screen selecting those point is far smoother and more responsive. Or you can assign the scroll wheels to move the points. The Camera does NOT have a joystick or directional pad - however on the X2D (unlike the X1D series) I have to say it's not missed.
