Compact and inconspicuous, this Leica L-mount 25mm f/2 from TTArtisan is a low-profile all-manual lens well-suited for portraiture, street scenes, and everyday shooting requiring a natural field of view. The lens allows you to work with subjects as close as 9.8" away, and its bright f/2 maximum aperture offers greater control over depth of field for isolating subjects with selective focus techniques. Additionally, a seven-blade diaphragm produces a pleasing bokeh quality.

TTArtisan 25mm f/2 Reviews
Made well and works well
Great lens for the money, buy one if you can. Photos using a Panasonic Lumix G7 straight from the camera.
An affordable/compact vintage feeling 50mm equiv on MFT.
Being a somewhat simple lens design, it provides an experience similar to a vintage lens with a 50mm equivalent focal length on MFT while also staying compact and having pretty decent modern coatings for what it is. There are going to be little things here and there, but for around 50-60USD you're getting a huge bargain for a vintage feeling 50mm equivalent lens. I'd say if you want a manual focus nifty fifty with a bit of character for MFT, this lens is going to be hard to beat for the price.
I am in love with this lens!
Full disclosure, I bought this lens because of its looks. I am that shallow! But, boy I was impressed. Its metal construction, its small size, its clicky aperture and the screw-in metal cap....and amazingly beautiful! And the image, really sharp at wide open. The bokeh is like if it was a 1.2 aperture. I compared head to head with my Panasonic 25mm 1.7, and the bokeh is way superior on the TT Artisans. And the colors too! For $55 it's a no brainer! Just get it and thank me later. One thing, for a reason I can't understand it cannot be used with IS on my Pen F, it drives the IS crazy. It works great on my OM-5 and G9. If you need a 25mm lens, get this one, if you don't mind manual focus. It will make you a better photographer.... :)
Amazing Value
Sharp, contrasty, great build quality. I am genuinely impressed by the value of this lens. My only complaint is a bit of contrast loss in direct light in high contrast situations, but that's a scenario that lenses 10-20x its price will still struggle with. This little lens is punchy and sharp with a well dampened focusing ring. It is also TINY. Roughly the size of the Fuji 18mm f2, perhaps smaller. This is my second ttartisan lens and I am hooked.
Happy Happy
So first I can say the lens is amazing. A well made product not some flimsy put together. Definitely a great option for a daily carry well of course depending on what you want to shoot. Will definitely be purchasing others from this company again. Now as for B&H I'm blown away on how smooth and easy the process is. Received my order before the intended shipping date and in perfect condition. I'm sad to say they will be taking more of my money in the near future. Cheers
GREAT BANG FOR YOUR BUCK
This is such a nice little lens. I love small pancake lenses like this, and for the price point you really can't get any better than this. It was briefly unavailable for the Canon EF-M style but B&H let me know as soon as was available once again and I couldn't resist
Just buy this thing already!
You gotta be kidding me, this thing is only $55 at the time of purchase and it's that good?!? This thing is a literal steal! There is an incredibly strong chance I will buy this again but for my canon M6 Mark II. This is a fantastic street photography lens for a micro 4/3 camera and I imagine that it will be just as effective on a APS-C sensor.
Great price, fun lens
Fun to play with for the price. Impressed with the build quality.
