The Shure UL4 UniPlex Cardioid Subminiature Lavalier Microphone can be used under clothing with a rubber mount like the LMC Sound CMTBK C Mount Universal Lavalier Mount (B&H # LMCMTBK) or the LMC Sound CMTVPRBK C Mount Vampire Clip Universal Lavalier Mount (B&H # LMCMTVPRBK) which has a dual-pin back. The mic can also be mounted and isolated with soft foam pads like the Viviana Pads Soft Foam Mounts for Lavalier Microphones - 12-Pack, Black (B&H # VIVPB12P), which can also be used to secure the rubber mount to clothing or skin. To prevent additional noise from cable friction, you can use the Bubblebee Industries Rubber Lavalier Cable Savers - 4-Pack (B&H # BUBBILCS4BL). No. This version of the Shure UL4 UniPlex Cardioid Subminiature Lavalier Microphone has a standard 3-pin XLR connector for connection to the mic input on a mixer, amplifier, recorder, camera, etc. The Shure SLXD1 Bodypack Transmitter requires a TA4F 4-pin mini-XLR female connector for connection to a wireless bodypack transmitter. You will want to use the Shure UL4 UniPlex Cardioid Subminiature Lavalier Microphone for Bodypack Transmitter - Black, TA4F (B&H # SHUL4BCMTQGA) for connection to the Shure SLXD1 Transmitter.
