what is the part number for quick adapter plate that mounts to this? or is it standard Manfrotto plate compatible? thanks
The Tilta Hydra Alien Shock-Absorbing Head with Soft Spring Module is actually a Manfrotto style plate but does not accommodate all Manfrotto plates. The two compatible plates Tilta offers come with the Hydra Alien car mounting system and the arca/manfrotto plate that comes with the Tilta 15mm LWS Arca Manfrotto Dual Baseplate and Tilta Lightweight Shoulder Rig. Otherwise, there are no third-party Manfrotto plate solutions that are guaranteed to fit this head.
