7Artisans 4mm f/2.8 Reviews
Good Cheap Fun
This lens is a ton of fun. My eyes are old, so I rely primarily on autofocus, which this lens doesn’t have in a big way, so it is a fun challenge to work out zone focusing for various length, although as one reviewer remarked, you can set it at f/5.6 and infinity and be in focus for most shots. But the real fun is that this lens calls for - nay, insists upon - a whole new way of looking at and seeing the world. The small price for this inexpensive lens is repaid a hundred times in pure camera fun.
Such a fun little lens!
This lens is not something you would probably use everyday, but for the cheap price it's a great lens to have. I actually forgot I even had it, and remembered today and stuck it on my little Lumix GM1. Be careful, you'll be getting your fingers, camera grip and feet in the picture until you figure out how to hold it.
