Photoelectric is just a brand name. 7artisans Photoelectric 12mm f/2.8 Mark II Lens for Canon RF does not add EXIF data to the photos unfortunately.

Will this work with a full frame camera? (Canon R6). Or is there some drawback I'm not aware of?

The 7artisans Photoelectric 12mm f/2.8 Mark II Lens for Canon RF is designed only for cameras with an APS-C sized image sensor; When used ona a full-frame camera like the R6, it will cause vignetting (dark shadows in the corners of each image).

Whats the difference between the MK II lens and the normal 12MM? Does it use ED glass like the Cine Version?

"(1) the appearance, optical design, and structure of the lenses are different" The first version suffered from field curvature, vignetting plus many examples are de-centered. What if any of these are still present with APS sensors?
