The high-grade CNC aluminum plate works best with heavy-duty tripod heads as it allows you to easily and quickly slide your camera and its mounted accessories front and rear to achieve the best positioning possible and retain appropriate balance, even when you need to swap out lenses or add and remove accessories. The plate features multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for mounting options, and a stopper screw and safety latch keep your gear from slipping off from either end of the dovetail plate.
