I have purchase 8 - 10 of these Kendall Howard wall racks over the years and they have all been very good quality. I highly recommend them.
Good design, but missing parts

This rack is just want I needed. The build quality is good. When I went to assemble it, the screws were included, but no nuts. Looking at the instruction sheet, they were not listed there, either. Wondering if the nuts used to be integrated into the design, but were eliminated and the parts & documentation were not updated. A quick trip to the hardware store to get the right size nuts and assembly proceeded without a problem.
