The precise and fluid Core 75 Leveler cp with monoballFix Lever from Arca-Swiss is equipped with a dovetail clamp that is compatible with monoballFix plates and Arca-Swiss monorail cameras. The clamp easily locks down by pressing the monoballFix mechanism. The head works on arc movements that keep your camera centered over your tripod, so you never lose your center of axis. Each X and Y axis has +/-15° of micrometric adjustment, which is controlled by two geared telescopic knobs, which pull out if you are using a larger camera and can't reach the knobs. The head has 360° panning on both the top and bottom base, and the top pan has a scale for a repeated setup or for measuring intervals when creating a panoramic shot. The Core 75 can hold camera equipment weighing up to 66 lb, and with each movement you make, there is no need to lock a knob because of its self-locking gear.

Arca-Swiss Core 75 Clic-Pan Monoball Fix Reviews

Not for professional use

First of all, the head feels really solid and operates really smoothly comparing to the cheaper options. I like using it… when it works. Unfortunately, this head is very fragile and unreliable. I never dropped it, it is always in a case, but had to be repaired in the official repair shop twice. Each time I’m spending $100 for shipping and it takes 3-4 weeks to fix it, which made me buy another head in order to have something for my interior/architectural jobs. So I already spent $750+$200 for shipping+$200 for a cheaper geared head. Overall, I’m very disappointed, because I always considered Arca Swiss to be one of the most reputable brands.
