Yes, you can use the DJI Magnetic Quick Release Adapter Mount for Osmo Action 3 & 4 with standard 3-prong adhesive mounts for GoPros.

Is this mount compatible with Go Pro mounts I have on my ski helmets? Is it secure enough to stay on riding a bike?

The DJI Magnetic Quick Release Adapter Mount for Osmo Action 3 & 4 is compatible with standard 3 prong GoPro mounts. The mount is a quick release style and is a stable connection, but may become unsecured with excessive movement.
