Marrying an 88-key weighted hammer-action keybed with the realistic sound of a German D 9' Concert Grand, 256 voices of polyphony, a microphone input with auto tune and 4-part harmony, and an intuitive color-driven user interface with a color LCD touchscreen, the Kurzweil SP7 Stage Piano (Black) delivers an inspiring playing experience for singer/songwriters and pianists performing live onstage or in the studio.
Powered by the company's next-generation ATST (Authentic Timbre Synthesis Technology) architecture, the SP7 provides significant advances in realism through the support of a 2x oversampling filter for higher-resolution audio and smooth velocity transitions. The use of both string and pedal resonance modeling, and envelope-/velocity-controlled key-off samples adds authenticity to your piano performance.
For sonic inspiration, the SP7 offers 2GB of factory sounds with 301 presets organized into 13 categories, plus 21 effects including reverb, BPM-synced delay, and more. The 16 assignable key zones allow you to access multiple sounds simultaneously. With a 2x2 USB audio/MIDI interface, 5-pin MIDI I/O, eight hybrid arpeggiators, pitch/mod joystick, multiple pedal inputs, and comprehensive audio I/O packed into a rugged metal chassis, the SP7 is an ideal stage piano for gigging musicians.

Eight Hybrid Arpeggiators

- Auto-tune the pitch of vocals from the mic input, as well as adjust the signal’s vibrato and legato qualities.

USB Audio/MIDI Interface
You can connect the SP7 to your Mac/Windows computer via USB to perform the following functions:
- Stream stereo audio between the SP7 and your DAW
- Use the SP7 as a MIDI controller to play software instruments on your computer/tablet
- Play and control the SP7 with an external USB MIDI controller
- Update the engine firmware of SP7
- With Loopback functionality USB audio arriving at the SP7 input is fed back to the USB audio output
