The LCF-22 Foot for Nikon NIKKOR Z 400mm f/2.8 TC VR S, Z 600mm f/4 TC VR S, and Z 800mm f/6.3 VR S from Really Right Stuff is a direct foot replacement with an integrated Arca-type dovetail quick-release mounting groove. This foot is lighter, lower in profile, and provides the best possible stability for the mounted lens. It is precision machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum and is fully compatible with any Arca-Swiss quick-release system. The LCF-22 includes a Quick Detach QD Socket for quickly attaching a compatible strap, and maintains the one 3/8"-16, and one 1/4"-20 threaded mounting holes as the factory foot. The lens foot also comes with integrated R-Lock indices as a quick-centering and safety stop feature.

The LCF-22 will not work on the Nikon 180-600mm lens. If you're looking for the Really Right Stuff foot for the Nikon lens, it is called the LC-A15.

Yes, like most feet like Really Right Stuff LCF-22 Foot for Nikon NIKKOR Z 400mm f/2.8 TC VR S and NIKKOR Z 800mm f/6.3 VR S it has a 1/4 thread on the bottom of it to fit onto a monopod or tripod.
Note it is best for security and fit to use with that plate a Arca-Swiss clamp or a head with a Arca Swiss clamp.
