The KOMODO RF to PL Adapter Pack from RED DIGITAL CINEMA enables you to use cine-style PL-mount lenses on your RF-mount RED KOMODO cinema camera. This pack includes a lens mount adapter, left- and right-side ribs, and support brackets. Constructed from lightweight aluminum alloy, the lens adapter features a solid locking mechanism.

No, the RED KOMODO RF to PL Adapter Pack is only intended to be used with a RED Komodo camera and features a cage that will only properly fit with a RED Komodo.

Would be great to have a version that fits manual drop-in filters in the Canon format/size. Does it exist?

The only item close to that by RED DIGITAL CINEMA is the RED DIGITAL CINEMA KOMODO RF to PL Adapter with Electronic ND Filter Pack (B&H # REREDKOMRFPL), which is not for manual drop-in filters, but electronic NDs.
