Falcon FGS Overview

The Dust-Off Classic Kit consists of the 10oz Classic formula, and a reusable chrome nozzle.

Dust-Off Classic is environmentally safe, and used by photographers, computer and office equipment users, service technicians, and lab personnel.

Optional refills are available.

Falcon Dust-Off products are available in two formulas:

  • Dust-Off Special Application Products have been formulated for use in especially sensitive environments, such as scientific research labs and other areas where flammability is a primary concern.
  • Standard Dust-Off products are not flammable and completely safe for normal use, but they do contain some flammable elements.

Both Formulas are 100% ozone-safe.

Is this safe to spray on to a camera sensor to remove dust?

No it is not safe to blow this on delicate sensors. There is strong risk of propellant residue being emitted and harming the super delicate sensor. This comes from someone who used these daily for years. When cleaning, go to the menu, engage "Sensor Cleaning". When the mirror is up, face the camera lens mount down and then use the blower to dislodge particles. Giottos Rocket Blaster Dust-Removal Tool (Large, Black) B&H # GIBAL . You will most likely need to use cleaning fluid, cleaning swaps and a high powered illuminated magnifier to actually clean the sensor.
