Basically, the X90L's Cognitive Processor XR™ is more advance than the BRAVIA 3's. As for the refresh rate, the X90L has a 120Hz native refresh rate and at the same time, lets you take advantage of the high-performance gaming with HDMI 2.1 features like 4K/120, VRR, and ALLM whilst the BRAVIA 3 has has 60Hz only.
