Wrong Divider Shipped

The wrong divider was shipped with my case, which makes it unusable because I can't divide it in half to separate the camera from accessories. B&h has been so far unhelpful and refusing to accept an RMA or ship a new divider. B&H since followed up on this review saying that Porta breeze shipped me the correct divider, this is not true. The customer support representative at B&H was not reaching out to manufacturer, so I took it into my own hands and got them to send me a couple different dividers but none of them were the correct size. I don't know how they don't have this kind of information on their own products. As it currently stands this issue is still unresolved.
