Yes, the Nikon EH-8P AC Adapter (45W Power Delivery) can be used with a USB-C cable (like Nikon UC-E25 USB Cable) to charge either a EN-EL15c or EN-EL15b battery in-camera with a Nikon Z7 II. Older EN-EL15a and EN-EL15 batteries will not work charging in-camera.

The UC-E24 cable that comes with the Z8 called for the EH-7P. Has this model replaced it or will it also work?

Nikon UC-E24 USB Cable is USB-C to USB-A Cable but the Nikon UC-E25 is USB Type-C to USB Type-C Cable so the Nikon EH-8P AC Adapter will only work with the UC-E25 USB-C cable.

Does this charger block have a USB-A or USB-C outlet on it? Seems like it has USB-A since they provide an A to female C cable.
