This cable manager requires no tools to secure medium to large cable bundles to Lowell two-post (CR2P and NR2P Series) or four-post (NR4P Series) racks. The plastic square on one end fits in a matching hole on the rack and secures with a quarter-turn (left or right). This item is for a pack of 10. They are made from heavy-duty nylon to be lightweight and durable.
