I got this for my Z8. Have been very happy with it. Slides in and out with no problem, no heat issues, and transfers via the Delkin reader at about four files per second.

After having an Angelbird 2TB card die on me, I bought one of these instead. This thing ran perfectly for a few months now. Not very hot either. I was shooting 6k60 RAW on R5C and it kept up nicely.

Runs cool

This runs a lot cooler than the Sandisk Extreme Pro, both in camera and in the card reader. While the Sandisk is very hot to the touch upon coming out of the reader, this card is only mildly warm. And that is with downloading more than twice the amount of images with the Delkin than with the Sandisk.

Never worry about memory

I bought this card for my Canon R5 and it works well. I never have to worry about memory since installing the card. I can shoot thousands of images and multiple videos and not make a dent in the capacity.

As Good As The Reviews State

I had it with overheating SanDisk ExtremePRO CFexpress cards my Z8's. 4K /60FPS 10bit would set off card and camera alarms, yellow, to red, to shutdown. Sometimes after 20 minutes. Tried this DELKIN as a test. The overheating problem is resolved. Ran 10 tests each for 1 hour continuous, back to back. The camera will show hot card alarm but never get Camera hot alarms.

The Delkin Black Cards would be the better choice for your current needs. Currently the max size of any tested card shooting RAW 8k on the R5 or R5C is about 512GB. We recommend - Delkin Devices 650GB BLACK CFexpress Type B Memory Card BH #DEDCFXBBLK65
