The Sony FX3 does not offer or output anything larger than 4.2k, so no this is not possible with any monitor or the Atomos Ninja Ultra 5.2" 4K HDMI Recording Monitor.

Can this shoot 4K 120P from an A7SIII? The Ninja V+ could shoot that spec but only with select cameras in ProRes RAW.

The only way to record 4k 120p on the Sony A7SIII is to internal memory cards. The Ninja V Ultra at this moment supports ProRes RAW and other formats up to 4k 60p when working with the Sony A7SIII. . Atomos recording formats for the Sony A7SIII: https://www.atomos.com/compatible-cameras/a7s-iii

The Sony FX3 does not produce a 120p RAW signal at all regardless of the recording option you choose.

Hello Guy, the Ultra DOES support 8k, however the Sony A1 does not output 8k to us. We hope Sony would change that in the future.
