Sporting a right-handed ergonomic and lightweight design, the Gladius III provides palm and fingertip style players with a comfortable grip that reduces arm fatigue after marathon gaming sessions. Experience ultimate freedom of movement with 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth connectivity options, giving you a maximum battery life of 119 and 143 hours, respectively. An integrated AimPoint optical sensor provides you with enhanced accuracy and precision needed for competitive online games with an adjustable sensitivity setting up to 36,000 dpi, 1,000 Hz report rate, 50g maximum acceleration, and 650 IPS maximum speed. Six programmable buttons can be fine-tuned to your liking when paired with ASUS' free-to-download Armoury Crate software. An included braided cable enables you to recharge the Gladius III or enable wired connectivity for a strong and reliable connection.

36K DPI one of the first things you'll note, view it as a range of sensitivity between 0 - 36,000 dots per inch, plenty to work with. Many various settings in can be set with Armoury Crate in conjunction with all your devices, this mice included. You can adjust lighting, performance such as mice profile for sensitivity, calibration and much more. Ease of use, buttons on the side, swappable modes with a switch below the mouse for wired / Bluetooth / wireless etc. Comes with box of accessories such as the Bluetooth Dongle, stickers to customize the mice and replacement feet for the mouse after the pre-installed ones are worn. Great package!

The Good: The mouse is awesome and gets 5-stars on its own. Very smooth, precise actuation, great scroll wheel, solid construction, no flex that I can feel, and fits my hand well. The Bad: The firmware update process gets 1-star. Asus no longer lets you update the firmware without using Armoury Crate, which I don't use. Why, I already have my preferred programs for fan curves, cpu & gpu monitoring, etc. If Asus would go back to letting the consumer have a choice on how they update the firmware (Armoury Crate or manually), then this would be fantastic. Overall, the whole package gets a 3-star from me.
