The BH staff is wrong. Art-Net CAN be transmitted over Wifi. It is not comparable to CRMX - which does require proprietary LumenRadio transmitters. Art-net is basically a way of encoding DMX data. The best illustration of this is the fact that you can only transmit one DMX universe per cable, where as Art-Net makes it possible to transmit something like 32,000 universes of DMX data over Ethernet cables. Think of it like audio. DMX is like a CD, which is basically uncompressed digital audio or .WAV files. ArtNet is like a FLAC file. CRMX could maybe be like Spotify? Honestly I'm not an expert and maybe someone will correct me, but I hope this helps.
