This is the worst printer I have ever owned. It printed for about two week and then stopped. It sent a fake message about a jammed paper and there was none, then it told me to swipe the rider on all the INK and I did it twice (I always do it before loading)—still will not print. I used only Brother ink and it still will not print. I wish I had never purchased it. Even my son, a knowledgable computer/printer person could not get it to work. I will never buy another Brother product.

Great compact color printer. But a true pain in the butt to get connected and keep connected to the wifi. Brother support site was useless in helping to fix the issue. Reddit threads were helpful.

What is the clearance needed above the printer? ie, the height needed to fully open the top compartment to replace toner, etc.
The Brother HLL3280CDW needs a clearance space of 12.6 inches in order for the cover to open completely.
