I bought the Sidekick Belt Bag specifically to carry my Fujifilm X100 series camera (my version is the X100vi). I relied on the company's July 6, 2023 Youtube video which shows this bag holding a Fujifilm X100v camera along with a leather strap. However, most owners of this camera (including me) will likely accessorize their kit with obvious items such as an adapter ring, a protective filter, a lens cap, and a lens shade. These four add-ons are not for vanity, but to make the camera/lens more weather resistant and protected from glare and scratches. This kit will reasonably fit inside the bag only by removing the lens cap and shade and stowing them in the front compartment. CONCLUSION: I had relied on the above Youtube video in picking the bag. The disappointment is that the lens cap and shade must be tediously removed from the camera and stowed in the front compartment. And then to use the camera, the kit must be tediously reassembled. The video did not mention that the above obvious accessories would present awkward issues. FOR FUJIFILM X100 SHOOTS, THE BAG SHOULD BE MADE SLIGHTLY LARGER. 1 point off yields only 4 points.
This holds my phone, wallet, and a few necessities like my chapstick and sunscreen. Don't expect this to hold too much though as it's a slim profile. I specifically like that it has a phone holder in the back and can easily access it. The only reason why I'm taking off one star is because one of the threads was coming out, luckily all I did was just pull it from the other side and burned it so that it no longer sticks out. Other than that, I really like it a lot and use it almost every day.
