How do you adjist aperture on this no aperture rign lens using Fuji X system?

To adjust the aperture of the Sigma 10-18mm f/2.8 DC DN Contemporary Lens (FUJIFILM X), it will require using the dials on the FUJIFILM camera. For example, with the FUJIFILM X-T5, you can set the thumbwheel to be able to adjust the aperture.

Does the lens extend when zooming? Or is it internal zoom?

The Sigma 10-18mm f/2.8 DC DN Contemporary Lens (FUJIFILM X) extends when zooming. This is a “reverse zoom” in terms of the retraction where the inner barrel is fully retracted at 18mm and extends the furthest at 10mm. The barrel extension is only about 10mm.
