This lens is solidly built, very sharp and easy to use zone focusing and critical focing methods.

A+ Lens!

Just purchased and trialed this manual focusing lens. Compared detail and sharpness to my Fuji 56mm f1.2 and 50mm f2.0 and center-image sharpness is near identical, but the corners are soft, however the bokeh rendering is smooth and pleasing [more so than my f1.2]. I don't think I would want to purchase another manual focusing lens without EXIF data transfer, as it enables a photographer to zoom in precisely onto your subject for better use of focusing aids. See my example pics and comparison for yourself!

The Voigtlander Nokton 50mm f/1.2 Lens (FUJIFILM X) is very good lens. The manufacture does not list the actual resolving power of the lens. And there does not seem to be reviews testing it for that.
