Designed for photo and video professionals, the TAINER Portable All-in-One Backup Storage from ClouZen is a small, light, and portable storage backup device. It is equipped with one CFexpress Type B/XQD card slot, one UHS-II SDXC card slot, one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, one USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port, one USB-A 2.0 port, a Gigabit Ethernet port, and one M.2 2280 SATA SSD slot, all of which make it possible to back up photo and video content without the need for a computer. Aside from backing up content from your memory cards, the TAINER lets you review that content with a built-in 2.4" color LCD screen, which has a 320 x 240 resolution and displays 64,000 colors. The LCD screen also lets you check the status of any backups, the unit's battery power, and more.
Once your desired card is inserted into the TAINER, your data can be transferred to external drives, cloud services, computers/laptops, and smartphones. Or, a separately sold M.2 2280 SATA SSD, up to 32TB, can be installed in the empty M.2 slot to back up content directly to the TAINER. All of this can be accomplished using CLOUDER, which is TAINER's smartphone app for iOS and Android. Network connectivity is achieved using the aforementioned Gigabit Ethernet port, or connect to Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) using an included dongle. If you'd like to back up a card that isn't supported by one of the TAINER's integrated slots, simply connect a USB card reader.
ClouZen's TAINER is powered by an internal 3500mAh battery that lasts for up to three hours and can be recharged in 3 to 5 hours using the included USB-C cable. Also included is a silicone case.
Please note that the TAINER's built-in SSD specification is SATA. NVMe SSDs cannot be used for internal storage.
