Are these new or refurbished MacBooks pro?

Are these new or refurbished MacBooks pro?
Asked by: Fermin
I kinda doubt it because I just received my MacBook today, and I checked the battery cycle count and warranty limit. The battery cycle count is 10, which does not make sense for a new device. The warranty limit shown on the laptop is till Jan 2025, which does not make sense because the warranty is for 1 year and I just received it in Mar. Although the device is listed as new, I don't know if B&H actually resells returned devices and lists them as new.

Does the 32gb unified memory option really mean 36gb? I'm not seeing 32gb RAM options on Apple's website.
Asked by: Elmo
The M3 MacBook Pro Unified Memory configurations you see here and on the Apple web site depend on whether you select the M3 or the M3 Pro/Max. The M3 offers 8/16/24GB like the Air, while the M3 Pro/Max offer 18/36/48/96/128GB. The different multiples seem to be related to the chip configurations Apple has chosen for the motherboard.
