A 120mm won't be much improvement over a quality air cooler. Best to go with a 240, preferably 280 or 360. But, 240 minimum.

The staff answer is inaccurate. The 5800X3D is a noticeable improvement over the 5600X did to the massive amount of additional L3 cache. Some games will gain generational like improvements while others will see single digit performance increases. Overall, it is equivalent to new AM5 processors in gaming performance and 1% to 6% behind the i9 13900K on average depending on resolution.
