I wont buy it again and I might stay away from it

I just bought this filter for my 15-35mm 2.8 Canon lens and on the more open side I did not see it in camera but when I saw the image this happened, I am sure I am looking the X factor from the old Filters, I might have a defective one, one thing is for sure I cant recommend it.
