Can this be plugged into a standard Edison outlet, or a 220v outlet or does it require a generator?

It will go into a 1700w mode for 15/20 amp 110v, if you want full 2400w you need generator.

The Nanlux Flight Case that comes with the Nanlux Evoke 2400B Bi-Color LED Monolight Kit with 45° Reflector and Light-Only Flight Case kit fits the power supply, light and cables. Note, it does not accommodate the 45° reflector.

Yes, the Nanlux Evoke 2400B Bi-Color LED Monolight Kit with 45° Reflector and Full System Flight Case does come with a 15A/20A limiter that allows it to operate on standard U.S. household Edison outlets.
