Is camera generated timecode carried on the hdmi output?
The SL2 generates a Free Run or Rec Run Time Code and is written to the recorded file. It goes through HDMI. You can set a time or use the camera time.
Free run means the timer continues whether the camera is recording or not.
Rec run means the timer only runs while the camera is recording.

Leica recommends turning off the IBIS when using a tripod. There is a slight difference in image sharpness when leaving IBIS on.

The SL2 features internal 4K (DCI or UHD) 4:2:2 10-bit 24p/30p video capture using the full width of the sensor, along with 4:2:0 8-bit 4Kp60 internal recording with that same full-frame view. If you want 4:2:2 10-bit 4K at 60p, you can get that using an external recorder.

Does the Camera moire in video mode.? What is the best asa for Video.? I heard no more than 800asa.
Being a high megapixel sensor, yes you will notice some moire. The SL2 can handle a bit more ISO than 800, it's all really preference. It can still give you clean results at 1600/3200.

For photography related things V60 is totally fine. V90 would be best for sustained video recording in 4K.

Leica SL2 does not have built in GPS but you can utilize GPS functionality through the Leica FOTOS app version 2.0 as mentioned in the previous answer with the SL2.
