No, the Nanlux Evoke 1200B LED Bi-Color Spot Light has a proprietary mount that is not compatible with the Aputure Spotlight Max Kit with 19° Lens.

Is there a gel holder? Or is it safe to put gels in front of the lens?

There is not a gel holder made for the Aputure Spotlight Max Kit with 36° Lens. One can use a gel with it, over the front, but allow for airflow and keep an eye out, as the gel can melt over time.

What size gel holder is needed for the front and what are good ones to get? What else can be attached on the front of the lens?

12x12" gels are used with the Aputure Spotlight Max Kit with 19° Lens, so you would need a holder of that size; there are many gels listed under "Accessories" on that product page. There are also gobos, an iris, and additional lenses available.
