I like how easy this is to set up, adjust power and color temperature and preview your lighting for he shot. The magnetic mounts are quick and easy to use, but the part that the umbrella ribs slide into seam very flimsy. Time will tell how they hold up. Be sure to think of extras too: standard mount umbrellas, weights for stands and the battery kit to get the most use out of it.

Can you adjust lighting individually/separately for each light? For instance, making one light brighter than the other?
Yes, the Westcott U60-B Bi-Color LED Monolight with Octabox (2-Light Kit) can be controlled individually from the control panel on the back of each light; each light can be adjusted from 0% to 100% in 1% increments.

Be aware that the softbox mounts with a proprietary mounting system that is incompatible with any other brand's softbox. This means that adding a honeycomb grid or any other modifier (other than an umbrella) is not possible.
