Love my Samsung but…

This is our second Samsung QLED TV. Picture quality is great. Easily connects to sound bar. We stream all TV content. No cable TV or, satellite. Both TV’s operate using wifi connection only. Solid connections. Consistent performance. I do recommend, with two caveats. One, our new 70” came with a remote that contains no replaceable batteries. It is solar powered, which is great but, the ergonomics of this new remote are less than ideal. Our remote with the older 55” QLED has a more pleasing shape and weight that both my wife and I prefer over the new remote. It is flat and light and easily fumbled and not as intuitive to use due to the feel. Second, I recently discovered both my Samsung TV’s will occasionally automatically switch my picture mode to “Film maker” setting. When this occurs, I have been unable to change the picture mode setting to my preference. As I have a degenerative eye disease, the “Film maker” modes is unacceptable for my vision limitations. As of this writing, I am still unable to correct this setting when Samsung make the automatic change. As a result, I am unable to watch some movies.

Yes, I bought this television a month ago. I am extremely happy with the product. My television is excellent. I have purchased two other Samsung televisions to 75 inch seems to be the best one so far and I just wanna thank you and I will continue to do business with Samsung. Thanks again.

The Samsung Q60D Series 32" 4K HDR Smart QLED TV (B&H #SAQN32Q60D) has the Alexa voice assistant built in, which can be used with the microphone that's embedded in the included wireless SolarCell remote control. This model was released in 2024.

The Samsung Q60D is directly compatible with the DirecTV app. It is not built into the TV when you buy it, but you can download the DirecTV app onto the Q60D and it will work. According to the manufacturer, the Samsung Q60D Series 32" 4K HDR Smart QLED TV (B&H # SAQN32Q60D) will only accept 120V AC input power.

Yes, the Samsung Q60D Series 32- 4K HDR Smart QLED TV is mountable. It is compatible with any mount that will support a 100 x 100 mm mounting pattern.

Samsung does not provide the specific measurement of distance between the legs on the Samsung Q60D Series 55" 4K HDR Smart QLED TV (B&H # SAQN55Q60D), but they are about 40" apart.

According to the HDMI Licensing Administrator, now there are only HDMI 2.1 ports. All HDMI ports may be labelled HDMI 2.1. Though Samsung specifies HDMI 2.1, the bandwith of all three HDMI ports would only be HDMI 2.0 performance for this Samsung Q60D Series 75" 4K HDR Smart QLED TV (BH # SAQN75Q60D). NOTE: Per Samsung: 3 HDMI Ports: HDMI 2.1 Features Supported: Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) supported on all ports Fixed Rate Link up to 4K @ 60Hz, on all 3 ports
