Fractal Design North XL Overview

Enjoy extra space, optimal airflow, and large expansions in your build with the North XL Full Tower Case in chalk white from Fractal Design. Supporting E-ATX, ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, this case includes two 2.5/3.5" drive bays. Two additional 2.5" drives may be mounted onto the drive trays and two more may be installed in dedicated internal bays. Seven expansion slots provide space for adapter cards, including GPUs up to 16.3". PSUs up to 11.4" are also supported, along with CPU coolers up to 7.3".

Three preinstalled 140mm fans provide efficient cooling right out of the box. A total of eight 140mm or nine 120mm fans can be installed using the included fan hub and bracket. Or install up to a 420mm radiator on the front with a 240 or 360mm radiator at the top. Featuring oak wood slats and an open front, this case utilizes a steel frame and mesh side panel. A front I/O panel sports one USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 and two USB-A 3.0/3.1 Gen 1 ports, audio input and output jacks, and metal hardware accents.

Gaming Ready
Get efficient cooling with three preinstalled 140mm fans or install radiators up to a 420mm on the front with a 240 or 360mm at the top of the case. This case supports GPUs up to 16.3" with front fans installed, or up to 15" with a radiator installed. Additionally, seven bridgeless expansion slots allow for extensive customization.

Get easy access to internals by removing the sliding side panels, unclipping the front, and popping off the top panel using an integrated tab.

    Make the most of your building experience with an intuitive interior layout. Three 140mm fans come preinstalled and the case fits a total of eight 140mm or nine 120mm fans  using the included fan hub and bracket. A dedicated cable management area is located behind the motherboard.

    Doubling the speed of its predecessor, USB 3.1 Gen 2 features a maximum throughput of 10 Gb/s when used with compatible devices and is synonymous with USB 3.2 Gen 2.
