Power any video camera, LED light, or monitor that uses Sony L-series/NP-F970-type batteries with this L-Series/NP-F970 USB-C Rechargeable Camera Battery from SmallRig. This NP-F970 battery comes in a black casing, can be used with a multitude of Sony cameras or production gear, features 10,500mAh, 76.65Wh capacity, and provides 7.3V output power. The battery features a USB-C PD 3.0 input that allows fast charging, and it can also be used as an output. There is also a 5V USB-A output with a maximum output of 27W, which enables the battery to be used as a power bank to charge smaller devices.

Would this be able to power a lumix camera with the LUMIX DC Coupler - DMW-DCC18?

The Panasonic DMW-DCC18 DC Coupler for DC-GH7 is only compatible with the Panasonic USB-C AC Power Adapter and Cable for DC-GH7, BH #PADMWAC11, and so would not be able to be powered by the SmallRig L-Series/NP-F970 USB-C Rechargeable Camera Battery (Black).

Can the battery be charged at the same time is in use?

While it is possible to charge the SmallRig L-Series/NP-F970 USB-C Rechargeable Camera Battery (Black) while simultaneous using the battery, it is not recommended to do so as it will reduce the life of the battery and potentially overheat the battery.
