The Leica D-Lux 8 Digital Camera is not a mirrorless camera. It is a point and shoot camera. The lens is not interchangeable like mirrorless cameras.

I think the 1/4000 that is on the tech spec for the leaf shutter is a typo. The manual states 1/2000 on page 97 which I think is correct. Without the leaf shutter flash doesnt fire, so the x sync they gave in the manual may not be correct either
