You can use 100x100 filters. 100x100 is the same as a 4x4 filter.

Does this fits Tilta 4 x 5.65" Stackable Filter Tray Holder (BH #TIMBT16SFH)?
According to Tilta, the Mirage-system supports 2mm and 4mm filters like this Nano IRND 2.1 filter. The issue with your question, however, is that the stackable filter tray holder is not the device you need to hold the filter. You need TIMBT16SFT (stackable filter tray) AND TIMBT16SFH (stackable filter tray HOLDER) to work with the Mirage matte box.
